"I am so glad to work with you gentleman. You are so professional and helpful. I used to have a policy for two years, and I remembered they asked me about a ticket and I told them I attended a court, why it’s on the system, they ignored that.
Fortunately, I changed my policy to State Farm today. Those gentlemen have sent me an email to contact with a company to dispute that ticket.
